Orders, membership and Ozroo Points
最終決定及解釋權
如就訂單、會員制度、Ozroo Points、優惠、活動、網站服務或相關安排出現任何爭議，The Ozroo 保留最終決定及解釋權。
In the event of any dispute relating to orders, membership, Ozroo Points, promotions, campaigns, website services or related arrangements, The Ozroo reserves the right of final decision and interpretation.
Ozroo Points
Ozroo Points 為會員獎賞積分，不具現金價值，除非 The Ozroo 另有明確說明，否則不可兌換現金或轉讓。The Ozroo 可在退款、取消訂單、積分誤發、系統錯誤、濫用或其他合理情況下調整、撤回或取消相關積分，並可不時更新積分賺取及兌換規則。
Ozroo Points are promotional loyalty rewards and have no cash value unless expressly stated otherwise. They are not transferable or redeemable for cash. The Ozroo may adjust, reverse or cancel points in circumstances including refunds, cancelled orders, points issued in error, system errors or misuse, and may update earning and redemption rules from time to time.
